Vintage Yves Saint Laurent rive gauche black light wool & satin tuxedo smoking jacket.  There are three black buttons on each cuff, one to button the front, and one on each side of the chest.  This is one of those pieces that I have a very hard time letting go of.  So amazing, so classic, just unbelievable!
