Vintage 70's Silk Embroidered Dress

Vintage 70's Silk Embroidered Dress.  This Vintage dress is made of layers of silk chiffon, silk and an embroidered bodice.  I believe this dress is from India, prefect for summer!

Bust: 19 inches across from under arm to under arm

Waist: 33 inches around, not meant to be fitted. 

Sleeves: 22 inches from shoulder seam to cuff 

Shoulders: 13.5 inches across the back
