Vintage Hammered Gold Necklace Cuff

Amazing Vintage Hammered Gold Neck Cuff Just Like The Current Altuzarra Runway Pieces!  I have included a picture of the Altuzarra piece below.  This piece is in excellent condition and measures 16.75 inches around from triangle to triangle.  This Necklace is marked but I can't make it out.
